A bit about me,
my process, & experience

I’m the Creative Director for Huk Performance Fishing and Nomad Outdoor, leading brand vision across photo and video production, design, digital, retail, and seasonal campaign execution.

I build simple, scalable creative systems rooted in strategy, empathy, and craft. With 20 years of experience spanning global agencies, boutique studios, in-house teams, and freelance partnerships, I’ve worked across outdoor, lifestyle apparel, spirits, food and beverage, agriculture, Real Estate, healthcare, hospitality, CPG, B2B, fitness, and tech.

I thrive under pressure as much as I do on vacation. I believe great creative connects strategic big ideas, adaptable creative problem solving, and meets people where they are—across platforms, environments, mindsets, and moments.

Outside of work: beach days with my family, chasing redfish, playing music—and slowly coming to terms with my guitar acquisition habit.

My goal is always the same: do great work and keep learning. (Lately, from my five-year-old daughter.)

My Process

Discovery

I always start each engagement in research and discovery mode, asking questions, listening, and learning. This is the foundation of your brand we’re talking about, so it’s important we understand who you are, what you do, and why you’re special.

Strategy

My goal is to create brands and websites that can stand up to the test of time and allow you to attain your goals. In this phase we’ll define brand pillars, positioning, and strategic approach to set the stage for a unified brand experience.

Design

At this point we've uncovered some insights and have a clear strategy, so it's time to go forth and think, sketch, collaborate, and critique until we’re ready to present some initial concepts.

Execution

Once design direction is decided, it’s time to make it happen. From here we'll work to create a unified brand experience in the places that matter most: Digital, physical, and social.
